An indictment against the religious system that has a lot of merit is, “religion has been, responsible for wars, hatred, murder, division of people, racism, cover ups regarding sexual sins including the abuse of children, robbing people of their dignity and money, extortion, fear mongering, condemnation, shunning, judging, lying...etc.” The sad part about it is that the indictment is somewhat true! Religious authorities who misuse and abuse their man-appointed positions of power to propagate devil inspired devilish acts against people...whether it be the Puritans in Salem, Massachusetts, who murdered young women charged with witchcraft, John Calvin who murdered Servetus and Calvinists who murdered countless Anabaptists, the inquisition who murdered supposedly heretics on a regular basis, John Edwards and other preachers who manipulate people for their own agendas, all misused their perceived God given power and are guilty of spiritual manipulation, control, and misuse of authority....

The platform in churches and conference centers, the window of the TV are launching pads for attention seekers to perform extraordinary phenomenon of seemingly supernatural events and outstanding feats that holds spellbound the audience who seem to get a spiritual high from the tricksters seemingly supernatural feats. Let me be clear, I do believe that God can and does supernatural things, but most of what we see within the programmed events and the high profile manipulators is of another spirit other than the spirit of God. Tricksters take the stage and perform their seemingly impossible magical feats because of the tickets sold and the accolades of the audience. As pathetic as it may be, the religious world also has its tricksters who seemingly pull supernatural events from the heavenly realm with supposedly accurate results and self-proclaimed outstanding accomplishments.   Fine hotels, mansions in the hills, fine automobiles and jets flying in the sky. All gotten by placing false doctrine demands on Christians to pay what they call "God's tithe". Promised blessings of health and wealth for their giving...or the threat of curses and death if they do not give of their dime.  Fear and dread to the "spiritual ignorant" is fed to keep the money rolling in all the time.   Yes, they live like kings, but, because they consider themselves "God's anointed" the bill is on you...you see. They are manipulating and shafting you the tithe payer, with the promise of health and wealth as a guarantee.   Because of ignorant sheep who believe they got the divine "call", furs, diamonds, and expensive paintings are allowed on their wall. But,"it is legit" they say "we are God's big hit therefore, we have the right to have it all."   Come on, come on keep sending your money in. Come on, come on, robbing ...

2020 is fast drawing to a close...and for what it is worth...in my observation the worst fear-mongering drug is NOT global warming, Trudeau mania, or as bad as Trump cult is, as bad as the Covid virus is and Trumps failure to deal with it and His disregard for the American way of life it is not the worse fear-mongering drug out there...rather: The drug of the year is FEAR! The drug pusher of the year is American Christianity! The drug addicts of the year are religious Christians! Ouch...I can feel the cat-off-nine tails ripping the flesh of this heretics’s back as Religiouists try to defend religion! But, the fact is that the fear-mongering drug induced fear of  global warming, terrorism, Trudeau mania, and Trump’s assent as the saviour of America because of deluded religious Christians are temporary and whatever pain and suffering such as caused, and will continue to cause will pass into oblivion and Isis, Trudeau and Trump will barely be a lingering memory.  Howe...

To be right and know it is one thing. To be right and be argumentative to prove you are right is something else. Most religious people are diseased with the disease of religious phobia (the fear of being wrong). This means they are also diseased with the disease of religious elitism (the arrogance of thinking they are right even when they are wrong). This results in the injury and pain of fighting the fight to be right. Fighting the fight to be right is a manifestation of the diseases of self-righteousness, religious pride, and egotistical egotism. The pain and injury of fighting the fight to be right comes from strained and broken relationships, the ending of friendships and the misunderstanding of intentions. Most religious people believe that arguing a doctrine to the point of demeaning the other person is valid if what they believe to be right is right. Winning an argument to the detriment of distancing people from the love of Christ is of no value to Christ or His kingdom ...

The gospel is summed up in John 3:16...The mistake made in the traditional religious understanding and proclamation of the gospel is the emphases is focused on heaven for those who believe and on hell for those who don't believe. Note...God so loved people, He gave His Son...Jesus is the Gospel! To emphasize the gaining of heaven or the damnation of Hell as the gospel is reducing the Gospel...(Jesus) only as a scapegoat, when in actual fact He, Himself, is the Gospel. The goal of the religious gospel is heaven to gain and a hell to shun. The goal of the post-cross gospel, the Gospel of Grace is JESUS! Jesus is not just the way, He is not just the how. JESUS IS THE GOSPEL! I am inclined to believe, because of religion's focus on gaining heaven and escaping hell as the whole of the gospel presentation and the failure of focusing on Jesus...the gospel, we have been guilty of presenting the gospel as bad news, not the good news that Jesus says it is.   Some people, when it comes to God, Jesus and the His Gospel speak as if their understanding of the Bible has enabled them to scale the hight, depth, length and width of God's love, as to their knowing all there is to know about God, Jesus and His Gospel.   The Judgement and condemnation of  people, the misunderstanding of scripture, the accusations of God, the limited view of Jesus and His Gospel is indicative closed-mindedness that deceives people into believing they know all there is to know about the Gospel and reject anything that is different from what they believe.
