Who is your Teacher?

Religious people put a lot of stock in theologians that are denominationally and theologically trained in their particular religious belief by a denominational seminary, as the source of correct understanding and interpretation of the Bible.

And one thing is for sure, there is no shortage of theologians.

You’ve got your;

Catholic theologians.

Pentecostal theologians.

Methodist theologians.

Baptist theologians.

Anglican theologians.

United Pentecostal theologians,

Salvation Army theologians.

Non-denominational theologians.

Armenian theologians.

Calvinist theologians.

End-Time theologians.

Dispensational theologians.

Universalist theologians.

Church Of The Latter Day Saints theologians.

Jehovah Witness theologians.

Orthodox theologians.

Episcopalian theologians.

Lutheran theologians.

Evangelical theologians.

Fundamentalist theologians

Seventh Day Adventists theologians.

And the list goes on.

All of these different theologians have a different view of the bible and what its written content means and all claim to be right.

I have read that if we were to put a million dollar bills end-to-end they would reach around the world. Yet, if you put a million theologians side-by-side they would not be able to reach a unified interpretation and understanding on any Bible passage.

Yet in our segregated isolation of different denominations in our segregated buildings we put our trust in our chosen theologians as having the correct understanding of the Bible to share with us so we will believe their point of view to solidify our brand of religion.

Is it any wonder that we believers are looked upon as an ignorant bunch of ignoramuses programmed by programmed theological ignoramuses who don’t know what the Bible means therefore, how can they know the ways of God to teach to others?

I wonder…is that a reason the scripture tells us in John 14:26 “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance…”

And also in1 John 2:27, “But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Though you may learn from learned men...The Holy Spirit is the ULTIMATE TEACHER of the ways of God...HEAR HIM!

One of the biggest hindrances to learning truth is the unlearning of the deception we have accepted as truth that is  ingrained in our minds as truth and we have closed out minds to the receiving anything else as truth. The fact is that our minds have been seared and the entrance of truth is obstructed, so much so that not even the Truth Teacher (God's Holy Spirit) can teach us anything..

This is a reason we are to renew our minds, get rid of the man-induced doctrines so we can have the mind of Christ the giver of forgiveness, compassion, kindness, grace and love. Renewing our mind will root out the hateful, judgmental, condemning, revengeful God that religion has thought us as truth, to understand God in all His glory as He is revealed through Jesus.

Tear down the strongholds of deception that controls your mind and bask in His love and grace until you love people as God loves them, enough to lay down your self-life, your religious-life, your I'm right you're wrong life and exchange it for the love life of Christ.

Judge no man, for the same judgments you pronounce on others is the same judgement you yourself will receive. Don't condemn the sin in another' life, when there are hidden sins in your own life. Offer the forgiveness of Jesus to people instead of your judgment and condemnation.

Because you try the spirits and they line up with religious dogma does not mean they line up with Christ thus, the reason for maintaining an open mind to receive  the TRUTH of Christ.
