Salvation is not about REFORMATION, it is about TRANSFORMATION.

God did not send Jesus to reform, refine, renew, redo, or even recreate us...He came to make us a complete NEW CREATION in Christ Jesus. He came to do away with, obliterate our old nature and give us a NEW NATURE...HIMSELF.

One of the most dangerous deceptive deceptions that Christendom is deceived by, is people sitting under teaching that is laced with a mixture of LAW and GRACE and believing it is the gospel. The law can only administer death (2 Cor 3"6-7). On the other hand it is the Grace and Love of God that sets us free from the Law of sin and death and alive unto Christ.

This mixture of Law and Grace herald by religion administers death not life...therewith, is my denunciation of, and my premise that Jesus came to put an end to religion.

This Law/Grace Gospel deceptiveness is the reason that many in Christendom don't understand why their spiritual hunger is not satisfied...their failure to please God...and why the "peace that passes all understanding" escapes them.

  1. Part1:
    You say and I quote: God did not send Jesus to reform, refine, renew, redo, or even recreate us...He came to make us a complete NEW CREATION in Christ Jesus. He came to do away with, obliterate our old nature and give us a NEW NATURE...HIMSELF.
    But what many who call themselves grace people fail to realize is that even though we have a new nature we still have our old nature and always will until Christ comes back or we die. There will always be a battle between the two and there will always be the potential to sin.

    In spite of this there are some grace people who teach that they never sin for because of grace God has made them perfect but God has an answer for these people in 1 John 1:8-10 Paul writing to the Christians in Rome says: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
    8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
    9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
    10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
    I heard one grace preacher not too long ago who was trying to convince us that we don`t need to confess our sins but all we have to do is just walk in light and it happens automatically but he failed to quote verse 9.

    Like so many Christians, who have crucified the "old sinful self" with Christ, the "new life" is not automatic or without conflict with the habits of the former way of life.

    As a saved person I have a choice. I can choose to walk in the Spirit or I can choose to walk in the flesh (Galatians 5:16).
    16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
    17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

    Paul in his grace message says: Eph. 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
    23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
    24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
    25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

  2. Part2:
    Scriptures like this doesn`t fit in too well in modern day grace revolution because they talk about doing and many in grace movement like to tell us it is not what we do but what Christ had done. It is both. Paul was not afraid to mention it in one of his grace messages. There are three puts here. We have to put off, put on, and put away.

    In Romans 7 Paul explains the battle that rages because of our two natures.

    You end by saying This Law/Grace Gospel deceptiveness is the reason that many in Christendom don't understand why their spiritual hunger is not satisfied...their failure to please God...and why the "peace that passes all understanding" escapes them.

    But you won`t find Paul saying this. What will you find Paul saying in Romans 7:
    22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
    23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
    24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
    25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

    If we are transformed by renewing of our minds (Romans 2:2) we will serve the law of God but if we walk in flesh we will serve the law of sin. The choice is ours.

    We have to distinguish between God`s moral law which is passed on through New Covenant as can be proven from Scriptures and the old ceremonial and dietary laws that were done away with.

    For instance under grace Paul spoke about observing 1 commandment. (Acts 24:14) (Acts 17:24,27)

    Paul also spoke about obervance of 2nd commandment. (Acts 17:16,22,24,25)

    Paul also spoke about the obesrvance of 3rd commandment.(Eph.4:31) (Col.3:8)

    I could go on and on but I will just quote one more. He spoke about the observance of 9th commandment. (Rom. 13:9) (Eph 4:25) (Col.3:9)

  3. Part3:
    Here is what one grace preacher said and I quote word for word: It absolutely devastates me that the first thing children learn when they go to church is the Ten Commandments!
    He ain`t no apostle Paul. The apostle Paul taught all of the commandments as I have proven above.

    The Holy Spirit has shown me that when man of sin appears on scene even though he will be known as the lawless one he won`t have to preach lawlessness for he will have the grace preachers doing it for him.

    The final battle of ages will be fought concerning the keeping of first and second commandment. Here is what it says:
    And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. (Rev.12:17)
    The dragon will not have to make war against many grace preachers because they teach that the Ten Commandments are not for today.

    9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
    10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
    11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
    12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

    So the fate of thousands of people in end times will be whether they keep the first and second commandment or not. If they break these commandments and worship the antichrist instead of God then their fate is sealed.

    Even before this happens we have to keep the commandments of Christ in order to love Him.(John 14:15)
    Sad but true many grace people refrain from using such words as keep, observe, or command because these words say we have to do something and it is not what we do but what Christ has done.

    So to sum things up the difference between the Old and New Covenant is that under the Old Covenant the Ten Commandments were written on stone but under the New Covenant they are written on our hearts. Though the love of God is unconditional, the New Covenant is not since it requires the voluntary participation of both parties.
    For instance Paul tell us:
    Hebrews 3:5-6
    King James Version (KJV)
    5 And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;
    6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

    Hebrews 3:14
    King James Version (KJV)
    14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

    20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
    21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
    22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
    23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

    Even though Paul Preached Christ`s part he wasn`t afraid to preach our part in new covenant.
