Preachers gone-a-muck.

Can you believe that some people believe that all believers can be financially prosperous if they would but walk in obedience to God's laws. These deluded people view that "poverty is caused by sin and disobeying scripture.
The manipulating deceived deceivers teach that prosperity is achieved through giving of tithes and offerings and taught in the “word of God” as they interpret it. They maintain that if you are faithful in giving to their “ministry” so they can reach the world with their false doctrine that God is in control of your finances...and God cannot be out given therefore when you give be prepared for the 100 fold increase. They teach that there is no such thing as a fixed income for believers because their income is controlled by giving to God “of course that means giving to them”. Givers gain and if you do not give you do not qualify for God's abundance.
However one finds a number of passages in the bible that run contrary to the teaching concerning this view o…

Believe It or Not.

The biggest battle that believers find themselves in is not a fight against the devil...rather it is the battle with self from within.
The central point in temptation is from within and vividly described in James 4:1-3. If we understand this passage, we will have found a key to preventing and resolving conflict.
"What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you? You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures." This passage describes the root cause of giving in to temptation: Temptation's strength comes from fleshly desires within us. When we feel we cannot be satisfied unless we have something we want or think we need the desire turns into temptation and temptation turns …

The Believer's Success and Prosperity.

Despite the large followings...the waterfront mansions...the mountain villas, the multimillion dollar jets...the fleets of luxury cars...the thousand dollar tailored suits...the charismatic demeanor of the pa-stars and the tel-evangelists...the preachers who claim to hear from God for the pew-warmers...the multimillion dollar income of ministries...the height one may obtain on the hierarchy scale of religious is no indication of spiritual prosperity or success. In actual fact is is indicative of spiritual deception, manipulation and control to further man-made kingdoms.
The measurement of a believer's success and prosperity is evidenced by the accomplishment  of Christ's work of the cross and resurrection working in the believer's daily life as they share the gospel of Christ's mercy, love and grace in living. When we are totally submitted to God and the work of the cross, we are released from the religious system because it is based …

We should not live our natural lives based on feelings because feelings fluctuate based on circumstances and will take us on a roller-coaster ride of highs and lows to where we will be controlled by the highs and lows we experience in living our daily lives.
Neither should we live our spiritual lives based on whether or not we feel accepted or don't feel accepted by God because feelings are not a good gauge to base God's acceptance of us on. In Hosea 4:6 God's people were perishing because of a lack of knowledge, God's people today are questioning their acceptance by God because of lack of knowledge therefore, are jumping through religious hoops to be accepted by religion believing also that this pleases God and He will accept them. The knowledge we must imprint on our heart and mind is the fact that we ARE accepted by God whether we feel like we are or not.
Paul had no reservations about his acceptance by the Lord, Philippians 3:8-10 says:

Released from the Bondage of the Law.

For I through the Law [under the operation of the curse of the Law] have [in Christ’s death for me] myself died to the Law and all the Law’s demands upon me, so that I may [henceforth] live to and for God. (Gal 2:19)
The Law gave rise to people's sinful passions. The Mosaic Law was had many more curses than blessings. There are 13 verses of blessings described (Deuteronomy 28:1-13) and 65 verses of curses (Deuteronomy 27:15-26, 28:16-68). People continually lived under the severity of the law and their inability to fulfil it! The law was always more of a curse than a blessing to those who were under it! That didn't make the Law bad, that was its show the impossibility and inability of keeping it!
They knew they were to celebrate the law because it was God-given, but they never ultimately had a revelation of why it was given nor the ability to keep it. It was given to a people (Jews) who wanted to do things their own way, as a way to show them they couldn’t! It show…

Law Scriptures in the New Testament.

What does the post-cross authors of the New Testament say about the Law?

If these scriptures make you angry and you think I am a Law-Hater you are sorely mistaken. The Law is long as we keep the Law in its rightful place and and let it do what God meant for it to do! It is the misuse and misapplication of the Law that I hate because its misuse works against God's Grace to hinder God's plan for the Community of the Redeemed in the Community of Humanity.

This scripture list was compiled by blogger Phil Drysdale. I do not know much about this man...but the scripture references below speak for themselves.
Acts: The law is an unbearable yoke. (Acts 15:10)
Romans: The law reveals sin but cannot fix it. (Romans 3:20)
If the law worked then faith would be irrelevant. (Romans 4:14)
The law brings wrath upon those who follow it. (Romans 4:15)
The purpose of the law was to increase sin. (Romans 5:20)
Christians are not under the law. (Romans 6:14)
Christians have been delivered…

The Grace Abusiveness of Grace-Haters.

People who respond to God's Grace Message by saying; “I wish relationship with God was based on grace because then, I can go out and commit adultery, ...rob a bank and sin all I want because my sins past, present and future are forgiven are Grace abusers.” That kind of response is revealing the fact that such a person has never met Grace...they have met a concept...they have met a ideology...they do not understand the full implication of Christ's death and resurrection. They are fully persuaded that the pre-cross gospel of works is carried over to the post-gospel of Grace because they do not understand the person who is Grace.
When a person looks into the face of Grace, when a person meets Grace, when a person sees Grace's nailed scared hands and feet and His riven side, when a person sees the fire of love in Graces eyes and experiences His relentless love...that person will embrace Grace and will not be motivated to sin, but be motivated to righteousness...Grace's righ…

Self-righteous Good Works are as Filthy Rags.

Jesus came as the express image of God revealing fully the character of God. Therefore, to truly understand God the Father, Jesus is the lens we must view Him through because He is The God Jesus Revealed. The only one who has seen God.
No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is Himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made Him known.
Therefore, no matter what the prophets of the Old Testament, no matter what the other authors of the Bible tell us, no matter what the law-gospel-heralders preach, the only true picture of God is what Jesus reveals to us about Him. Why? Because Jesus is God explaining Himself to the Community of Humanity.
Jesus the revelation of God reveals Him as a God who loves people. God is not about judging us and punishing us according to our sins. His desire is to redeem people including the best of humanity to the worst of humanity. Those of us dressed in our self-righteous garbs are in need of God's redeeming mercy, love an…

Godliness Without Religious Ruling.

When believers focus on obeying rules to be accepted by God so religion will accept them, rather than focusing on God's Amazing Grace, it tells people that what they do or don't do is more important to God that who they are.
The fact of the matter is rules are not what a relationship with God is about! God has done all that is required to gain and maintain a relationship with Him through the finished work of Jesus...God is interested in a relationship based on what Jesus has done...not on what man can do.
I wonder does God ever get frustrated at His children for taking His grace-based loving relationship and building a wall of baseless rules around it? Religion quantifies, codifies and classifies grace until it is more about us and the do's and don'ts than about God.
When people establish rules because they are fearful that people will sin, they end up adding to grace which nullifies grace completely. No amount of rules made because of the fear people will sin can redeem…

Rules Stifle Relationship.

The world system in general is a rule and regulated society. These rules and regulations are imposed on people in hopes that people will adhere to them so as to maintain order and control.
Most religious systems exist because of this rule and regulated mentality. This is borne out by the do and don't rules and regulatory controls religion have in place to keep people from sinning and within the concepts of the system. This system of rules is the way the religious institutional church determines what is sin and who sins and the way to deal with the people who sin by breaking the rules. The more sin they see the more rules they make to try and curb the sin. The more rules they make, the more rules there are to break thus, causing more of what they deem to be sin. This rule breaking and rule making to curb sinning results in a defeated lifestyle of lifelessness that is impotent, frustrating and mesmerizing. Establishing laws governed by rules and regulations will never …

Resurrection Benifets.

The Grace that God provided for us to live and operate in came into existence because of the death and resurrection of Jesus, it not only a work of the New Is The New Covenant. When we live and move in Grace, the resurrection power, that same power that raised Christ from the dead is activated in our living. Grace gives us access to the and allows the the work of Jesus to be worked through our lives in the advancement of His kingdom.

If it wasn’t for the cross and the resurrection there would be no Grace therefore there would be no New Covenant and the Mosaic Covenant would still be invoked and the religion of do’s and dont’s would be valid. But resurrection Grace accepts you, loves you, blesses you and wants to deal kindness and favor towards you...not because of what you deserve or merit because of your do’s and dont’s but because of what Jesus deserved and merited for you. Because of the cross and resurrection God will never stop loving you because He graciously graces …

Be not Deceived.

Religion has persuaded most people in Christendom that it is so spiritually legit that people fail to realize the depth of deception that it is predicated upon. Therefore, the results of religion...the judging, the guilt and the condemnation is so shrouded with self-righteousness that it is difficult to identify by the masses that are caught in its deception. But, when believers break free from religious bondage, manipulation and control, Grace’s power provides the freedom Jesus died for us to live in.

Rather than trusting in The Grace of God religion trusts in the arm of the flesh practicing rules and regulations to grow spiritually and maintain a relationship with God. Religion is one of the greatest hindrance to the the plan of God, both for the Community of Humanity and the Community of the Redeemed.

Spiritual maturity does not depend on reaching some standard based on how high you can climb on the rule keeping measuring stick such as going to “church”, paying tithes, or signing the…

Where Is Our Focus?

Focusing on the Law removes our focus off Jesus,  the centrality of the believers life.
The Law cannot redeem...Grace can. The Law has no power over sin...Grace does. The Law is not relationship oriented...Grace is. The Law is burdensome.. Grace is not. The Law is judgmental...Grace is not. The Law is unforgiving...Grace is forgiving. The Law is condemning...Grace is not. The Law is a shadow...Grace is reality. The Law is me  centered...Grace is Jesus centered.
Remember this, anything the Law can do Grace can do better and, anything the Law can't do Grace can do.
Stop living under the Law...Live in Grace.

The Matrimony Between the Gospel and Money is Unholy.

The matrimony between the Gospel and money is an unholy alliance that has made inroads into the institutional church because of the money mongering celebrity pa-star televangelists who have polluted the Gospel my making it to be about Jesus and greenbacks. That deception has now been swallowed by a lot of institutional churches. People are promised God's blessing for their money, and the gullible are falling for it in  hordes. People please understand...owning million dollar mansions, million dollar jets, strings of luxury cars, pastoring large institutional churches, having a large TV following, like the fear- mongering money hungry peddlers who merchandize the gospel for their benefit, is not a sign of God's blessing or them or that they are God's spiritual elite that has his favor. It is more of a sign of how gullible we have been to allow ourselves to be deceived by it. and to support such a manipulator.

The religious idolatry of name-tagged buildings, th…

Loyalty...can it be Sin?

Loyal...Yes But, Loyal To Who.
One thing about being loyal to institutional churches is; the "name tagged buildings" identify the people the institution has snared who will never experience the freedom Christ died for them to live in, unless they break the snare of the fouler.
Institutional bondage robs believers of the courage and humility to be honest with themselves and with others. Therefore, they cannot be honest with God and will continue to act the part of being a good christian by camouflaging the facade that believers are as messed up as anybody else, by doing self-righteous good deeds thinking they will make good by God as they make good by religion. Such people are in need of God's grace as much as any sinner even thought they may not think so.
Institutional people are zealous but zealous for the wrong be zealous for denominationalism will prevent them from understanding the mercy, love and grace of God. Thus they cannot correctly pres…

The Abusive Tool of Fear-Mongering.

Fear mongering is an abusive tool used by religion which cripples and limits one's spiritual growth to mature to the full stature of Christ. The fear mongering propaganda that is used as a means to get people saved speaks volumes about the quality of love used to try and scare people to become Christ followers. The scriptures declare that is is the “goodness of God that leads to repentance.”

Another characteristic of  fear mongering believers is that they believe that natural disasters are God’s doing and are warnings or punishment for the sin of sinning people. Their sin consciousnesses has blurred their God consciousnesses to where they see God as the big bad wolf waiting to pounce on somebody for sinning.

Natural disasters have happened at different times throughout history. Theses events have been used by money hungry fear-mongers to write books of impending doom, passed of as the gospel by using out-of-context scripture verses to validate the acceptance and sale of their wa…

Breaking the Bondage.

One thing about being loyal to religious institutions is that the "name tagged buildings" identify  people the institution has snared who will never experience the freedom Christ died for them to live in while steeped institutional religiosity.
The bondage of the institution robs believers of the courage and humility to be honest with themselves. Therefore, thy cannot be honest with God and will continue to act the part of being a good christian by camouflaging the facade that believers are as messed up as anybody else, by doing self-righteous good deeds thinking we will make good by God.
Institutional people are zealous for the wrong be zealous for denominationalism will prevent people from understanding the mercy, love and grace of God. Thus it is impossible to present correctly the Grace Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Community of Humanity.
I wonder, if as believers we were loyal to God rather than religious tradition and institutions, would we be …

The Root of Fear is Ignorance.

Grace Haters fear Grace because people fear things in proportion to their ignorance of the thing feared.

Therefore their fear of, their hate for, and their misunderstanding of God’s Grace is evidence of their ignorance regarding God’s Amazing Grace and their ignorance of what Jesus accomplished on the cross and His subsequent resurrection.

Jesus the Sinner Lover.

If we as the Community of the Redeemed  were about the Lord’s business we would love sinners as God loves them. We would not point out their sin as if they were unaware of what sin is, nor would we condemn them or assign them to hell...we would just accept and love them as people in the community of Humanity. We would befriend them and show them who Jesus really is by our interaction with them. When people see Jesus for who He really is, they will fall in love with Him.

We as believers are not in the Judging Condemning-Business, we are in the Showing Loving-Jesus Business.

Jesus is not the enemy of sinners that they so often here over the pulpits of the institutional church...Jesus is a FRIEND of SINNERS...not so they can remain in their sin but so they can be free from their sin.

"Jesus, Friend Of Sinners"

Jesus, friend of sinners, we have strayed so far away
We cut down people in your name but the sword was never ours to swing
Jesus, friend of sinners, the truth's become so…

Jesus Came to Save People.

Jesus came to save sinners. How? By showing the love His Father has for people and His willingness to finish the work of redemption that His Father had planned from the foundation of the world.  Jesus' passion was fellowshipping with sinners and demonstrating to them the love His Father has for them. He didn't look at sinners has dirty low-down scum of the earth interruptions to His spirituality or people to be avoided because of their sinning. He didn't wait for sinners to come through the doors of a building called Church or make appointments for a pastoral counseling. No. He found them in His daily living as they were daily living their lives. He invited Himself over to their home to eat, and He wasn't in a hurry to leave. Why? Because He just wasn't looking for a meal, He was looking to fellowship with them
Not only did He desire to be with sinners...the amazing thing is...sinners desired to be with Him. That is a far cry from the "christian's…

Have to do with the Community of Redeemed exhibiting the love of God in the Community of Humanity?

Are you defined by the Law.

To suggest that the keeping of the Mosaic Law or institutional religious laws is proof of godliness and spirituality is the paramount indicator that we are Law breakers with a tendency to wrong doing and that we are in need of an understanding of God’s Amazing Grace to set us free from the prison of the Law gospel mentality.

God does not define people by performance perfection or our performance failure. Man-made institutions define the spirituality of people by their performance in living up, or not living up to some external measuring stick such as the Law or religions rules.

However...God defines people by His LOVE!

The Law Gospel’s inability and weakness is remedied by the Grace Gospel's ability and strength.

An Accomplishment of the Cross.

One accomplishment of the cross that many people fail to understand, and because of not understanding this result of the cross, they do not understand the Gospel nor God’s plan for the Community of the Redeemed in the Community of Humanity. Therefore, without knowing it, they side with satan in his effort to hinder Gospel reality.

Paul says in 2:19, For I through the Law [under the operation of the curse of the Law] have [in Christ’s death for me] myself died to the Law and all the Law’s demands upon me, so that I may [henceforth] live to and for God. When did Paul and all the Community of the redeemed die to the Law? Through the cross.

The Law causes out sinful nature to be ignite and want to be fed. For when we were in the realm of the flesh,[a] the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in us, so that we bore fruit for death. But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of th…

Misplaced Zeal.

Many who call themselves Christian have a great zeal for the law, judging people based on the law in pointing out the sin of sinner and saint...but exhibit little understanding of the love and grace of God.

They render: Judgement without forgiveness. Punishment without mercy. Condemnation without understanding. Criticism without love.
In the process of hating sin, they hate the sinner and conclude that their aloofness from sinners, and sinning saints is what makes them spiritual and holy. The measuring stick for their spirituality is the sin of sinner and saint rather than their relationship with God...who is Merciful, Forgiving, Understanding and Loving. Don't be as the Pharisees who were quick to judge and condemn but disappeared when Jesus stooped and wrote in the sand...because the also were without sin.

The Pharisees were so zealous with keeping the law that they missed the point of the love God and to love people. They thought their self-righteousness pleased God w…

Who Me!!! Practicing Witchcraft? How Dare You Insinuate Such A Thing?

If you are a member of the Community of the Redeemed and involved in the institutional church system and you subjugate other members of the Community of the Redeemed, you are living proof that the love you love with is not the love God loves with.

If the love that God loves with is not the motivator in the believer to believer or the believer to sinner relationship, subjugation of people becomes a reality and the relationship becomes manipulating and controlling because it is based on loyalty to the institution and the keeping of the rules and regulations that governs the institution.

Thus, it is the practicing of witchcraft, for in its rudimentary form witchcraft is the manipulation, intimation and domination of people to control them.

People who use the Bible as a tool to dominate, manipulate and intimidate people to control them as a means of keeping them in line with man-made constitutions and bylaws of are deceiving people by bewitching them are misusing the written word and justif…

The Jesus Way.

The author of Hebrews in 8:7-13 included quotes from the Old Testament to show the weakness of the Old Covenant and the superiority of the New Covenant, the new and better way. Notice that the new way that “they” (men) shall teach no more. In the Jesus way...the new is not the spiritual “Teacher” when it comes to godly living. God puts His passion upon the hearts of, and makes known the oracles of God to yielded believers.

As long as the people of God succumb to the teachings of passionate men who has great denominational and religious passion and interpret the Bible to verify those passions Isaiah’s prophecy that “all your children shall be taught of Yahweh; and great shall be the peace of your children” (Isaiah 54:13). Is it possible the peacelessness, frustrations and unfrutfulness of God’s people is because they have sold their alligence to man-made systems who have appointed men to teach that which puritans to that system usurping God’s appointed teacher?

The Galatian bel…

Hinderance to the Gospel

The greatest hindrance to the fullness of the Grace Gospel of Jesus Christ is not the sin of sinners...It is the self-righteous good works of the saintly saints.

Useless Striving.

In striving to maintain your relationship with God you are insinuating that what Jesus did on the cross to redeem man was not enough because you are making the maintaining of your relationship with God dependent on your doing. By allowing your actions to declare to the community of Humanity that people’s own effort and ability is a means to becoming a "good Christian", is paramount to refuting that Jesus did not know what He was saying when He said “It is finished.”

You cannot know God and continue to strive...Cease striving and know that I am God so that God will be known in the earth and be exalted. See Psalm 46:10.

The Hebrew word that is translated "Be still" or "Cease striving" as the NSAB translates it, is 'Raphah' it means: to sink down, to sink, drop, to relax, withdraw, idle, to let drop, abandon, refrain, forsake, to let go, to refrain, let alone, to be quiet.

Being a “good Christian” is not about our doing nor is it about us, it is about H…

According to Jeremiah 34:15, the acceptable year of our Lord, the year of Jubilee was a year when liberty was proclaimed “every man to his neighbor. All dept was forgiven. All land was restored and every one who had been sold into servitude because of debt were released. All bondage that held people captive was null and void and people were to be set free. The sad part is that this was the fast that Israel refused to keep.

“Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? (Isaiah 58:6)

The Lord’s fast is a celebration of freedom in which bonds are loosed, heavy burdens lifted and the oppressed set free. It is not enough for the bonds to be broken, every yoke must be broken also and every means of external control and manipulation must be put away with if people are to experience the freedom that Christ brings.

Freedom starts or finishes with forgiveness. Without forgiveness ther…
