Are Prophecies and Predictions that Fail from God?

If you heard a preacher state;

The Lord also tells me to tell you in the mid 90's, about '94-'95, no later than that, God will destroy the homosexual community of America. [audience applauds] But He will not destroy it - with what many minds have thought Him to be, He will destroy it with fire. And many will turn and be saved, and many will rebel and be destroyed.

In 2000 that Jesus will appear physically very soon in many churches to signal the nearness of the second coming.

That there are 9 beings within the Godhead. 3 beings (Tritheism) each having their own trinity of beings within each."

That after his crusade in South America in 2002, that he was certain that he would return to America with video footage of Jesus appearing on stage during the crusades, because Jesus had told him this was going to happen.

That very soon people would no longer need to take their deceased loved ones to the morgue. Instead, they should be placed in front of the television during the airing of TBN and they would rise from the dead.

"The Spirit tells me - Fidel Castro will die - in the 90's. Oooh my! Some will try to kill him and they will not succeed. But there will come a change in his physical health, and he will not stay in power, and Cuba will be visited of God."

"A world dictator is coming on the scene. My! He's a short man. He's a short man. I see a short man who's a perfect incarnation of Satan. [speaks in tongues] Never in my life have I had anything happen like what's happening to me now! 'This man will rule the world. In the next few years you will see him. But not long after that you will see Me.'"

"The Spirit of God tells me an earthquake will hit the East Coast of America and destroy much in the '90s. Not one place will be safe from earthquakes in the '90s. These who have not known earthquakes will know it. People, I feel the Spirit all over me!"

"We may have two years before the rapture. Can I be blunt with you? I don't know if we have two years left. I'm going to prove to you from the Word tonight, that we have less than two years." (Stated in 1989)

That he was raising starting a donation campaign for $25 Million dollars to be raised to build an orphanage in S. California. the $25 Million was raised but the orphanage never got built and all plans to build it was ended. When questioned on Dateline, the preacher smiled and said, "The Lord told me not to build the orphanage. God will reveal new plans. the preacher refused to account for the $25 Million or say where the money is.

Tell me would preachers such as the one recorded above, fit the category of "False Prophet". If so, there are many believers allowing this preacher to stay in business today  to fleece the flock of million's of dollars a year!

Are God's people so awe-struck and taken in by such celebrity religious Pa-stars, in such  deep confusion that spiritual discernment is lost in the religious hogwash of  deception?
