God’s Justice

 Religion portrays the Justice of God as the Pharisaical form of justice...get what you deserve type of justice...commit adultery, you get stoned...heal on the Sabbath...and you be a Law-breaker. Justice was not met until the perpetrator paid the time for the crime. 


Yes, the God of Justice is the God of Grace. The question is: is the Justice of God what religion says it is...you commit the crime of not saying the "sinner's prayer" and you pay with hell time...no. no I do not have that right, religion believes you pay by being condemned to hell for TIME WITHOUT END!


Let's see what the scripture has to say about God's Justice:


Learn to do RIGHT! SEEK JUSTICE, ENCOURAGE the oppressed. DEFEND the cause of the fatherless, PLEAD the CASE of the widow. (Isaiah 1:17)


This is what the LORD says: “Administer justice every morning; rescue from the hand of his oppressor the one who has been robbed.” (Jeremiah 21:12)


Notice HOW we administer justice: it is by encouraging and helping the oppressed. Justice comes through MERCY.


This is what the Lord Almighty says, “Administer true justice: show mercy and compassion to one another.” (Zechariah 7:9)


Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you: he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice.” (Isaiah 30:18)


Does this look like the Justice of God is HELL-FIRE and BRIMSTONE for TIME WITHOUT END!


God's Justice is not an eye for an eye or a tooth for a tooth...TURN you WORM or SQUIRM and BURN in the torture chamber of hell fire. Jesus went against the scripture that taught this type of Justice by saying, "You have heard it said, 'an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth,' BUT, I SAY TO YOU, 'TURN THE OTHER CHEEK.'" 


God's justice is not about CONDEMNATION and PUNISHMENT...it is about bringing GRACE, LOVE, COMPASSION, FORGIVENESS and MERCY into a situation so that it changes people. 


Religious justice is punitive. 


God's justice is redemptive! 


God's Justice is about reconciliation of people, not about the condemnation of people. Jesus Christ comes to bring justice by setting things back in order through compassion, encouragement, love and mercy.


God's Justice is not bout FAULT FINDING, it is about REDEMPTIVELY RECONCILING  regardless of whose fault it was. If it was the offenders fault, the love of Christ will crush his guilt instead of crushing the offender. If it was someone else’s fault, the love of Christ will come and take away the reason for anger. This is the justice of God. Not, I told you so. I told you not to steal. Not, you got what you deserved. Not turn or squirm and burn.


The Gospel of Christ is not a revitalization of the Law with a touch of Grace thrown in. 


God is devoted to reconciliation, restoration and redemption and will not stop until each of us experience freedom from what is destroying our hearts. 


That means He is displaying compassion, mercy, grace and love to the BEST of us and the WORST of us...until our hearts and lives are reconciled to Him!


Such is the GRACE and LOVE of God

The Abusive Tool of Fear-Mongering.

  Fear mongering is an abusive tool used by religion which cripples and limits one's spiritual growth to mature to the full stature of Christ. The fear mongering propaganda that is used as a means to get people saved speaks volumes about the quality of love used to try and scare people to become Christ followers.
